We stayed here hoping for a cheap, enjoyable holiday. Cheap was the correct word to use because it was definitely not enjoyable. We went to the showers on the first night, went it cleaner than after the shower, floors were green and slimy along with the strong smell of weed. The food was grim and they only had 2 of the items on the whole menu, fruit salad and cheese burger. Woke up in the morning to police on sight due to a fight between staff and visitors, there was a sofa full of needles on the beach. There was sick all over the floor near reception along with cocaine in the bathroom with packets and needles on the floors. It was like being in Vietnam, horrendous. Would never stay here again nor recommend to anyone. If I could leave a 0 I would but I can’t do this is what you get. And another thing the pool staff were outside smoking weed with the kids whilst I was drowning in hair in the pool. Disgusting

We hired a Gold Plus caravan, the caravan was clean, tidy, beds all made up. A couple of small items that were missing from the kitchen utensils. There were replaced immediately with new items. Staff at reception were really helpful and professional. I have stayed several times at the caravan site in the past. It's in a great location, very close to the beach and amenities. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Stay at a fair few holiday parks and to be fair this weren't awful.

Few little issues, smell of weed all over the site, quite noisy until late (but that's owing to the fun park behind the site and police showing up one night due to others on site kicking off), the gas pressure on the oven is an absolute joke, took twice as long to cook anything, actually gave up using the oven as everything took too long.

But the van (gold plus 6 berth) was superb, really clean apart from under bed in the twin room empty biscuit packets, everything we needed, only two very small issues in the van, door on the wardrobe fell off, but easy enough to put back on and the door to the toilet had a massive crack on the inside, but really comfy bed and a shower that had a decent bit of pressure and temperature.

The staff we encountered were absolutely fantastic, especially Kieron - top lad and the lady who's name we didn't get who was doing the arcade ticket stand.

Quite a nice site really, we would return.

Booking service for activitys needs some attention as we kept getting told different things on when and how to book. Caravan was clean. Around 14:30 on Thursday I was standing at the bar ( by myself) waiting for someone to serve me for 10 minutes while other staff did nothing other than clean Tables. ( however I'm still going to give a 5 star 🌟 as the vast majority was still very good

I have been here before and it never fails to please me. What really made my trip were the entertainment staff. Their cabaret shows were so good. I even won an airfryer on the game higher or lower. Albie, Charlotte and Bethan were so friendly. Lovely holiday. Well done

Rented a caravan on booking.com. no mention of the pool or facilities being closed. Disappointed kids to find the pool closed. Caravan clean and warm. Gethin in the bar was great although we were the only people there. He found me some milk so I could have a cuppa at the Caravan Really friendly genuine guy!

Best trip by far once again blown away with the caravan which was spotless! Even got to meet the girls again from housekeeping Kelly and Jeannette when we got our courtesy door knock asking how our accommodation is as usual we replied brilliant! These girls do a very good job don’t be fooled by the reviews this park is brilliant for all ages and groups will definitely be coming back again!

Stayed here over a long weekend with friends. Reception check in was fine and the lady was helpful. Caravan was all fine although under the beds hadn't been cleaned from previous people staying. It's a dog friendly site and we see so much dog poo on the grass no one seems to pick up after them. Some of the bar staff weren't that great, paid for a slush then she told me its not working so I will have to buy something else as i had already paid. I said I just want my money back and it took about 20 mins for her to get it sorted, I paid on card and they gave me cash i couldn't be bothered by this point. Swimming pool was ok although the changing rooms need cleaning more regularly, everyone was just walking round in their outdoor shoes. Don't know if I'd return.
