I had a great time in Egypt with Timeless Tours! Our guide was knowledgeable and really brought the sites to life with interesting stories and a sense of humour. Throughout our trip we were very well looked after and were kept informed about the plans for the following day. Amazing that we travelled all over the vast country of Egypt, seeing all the main famous sights, for such a reasonable price. I’d highly recommend Timeless Tours - a very happy customer.

We were a little nervous booking with a tour company that we had never heard of before, especially as the price was very competitive, but we have to say it all went well from start to finish.
They know how things work in Egypt and their staff were well organised and helpful. The owner Hany, seems to be actively involved and had the power to make decisions and was flexible and didn't try to cut corners when members of our small group had varying needs.
The food was pretty good in most hotels and on the the boat. However, it was a bit like an upmarket canteen in the Gravity Hotel in Hurghada whereas the other services there were of a high standard. The rooms and boat cabins were better than expected.
Our main tour guide, Nabil was very knowledgeable and a virtual talking text book. Samar, our last guide in Cairo, was very welcoming, accommodating and knowledgeable.
We have travelled much and would not hesitate to recommend Timeless Tours to others.

I had a group going with Timeless Tours for Christmas 2022, one person did not show up at all, and I was charged for that person with the rest of the group. Fair enough, I agreed on paying under the condition we got the extra room on the hotels and the cruise we payed for. Anyway we had one room to share between two generations, so the extra room would be nice to have, and Timeless tours claimed they could not change anything so I had to pay.
Well I never got the extra room we payed for, even that I complained a number of times to the guides. Instead on Christmas eve, a South African gentleman joins my table for dinner on the cruise, he tells me that his cruise had been moved a week ahead, his original plan was to start with staing a week in Cairo, and then get on the cruise. But Timeless Tours had on his arrival to Egypt told him that he had to go on the cruise the next day.
I find it is fair and square having to pay for a cancellation, if you don't turn up at all. I do mind paying when I say I still wants the service I pay for and a tour company cheats me by not providing the service by selling it on to somebody else.
However fantastic tour in Egypt. I stayed with my group on our own hand for another two weeks booking our own hotels and bungalows. The tour with Timeless Tours was as such also OK, see the pictures, but for obvious reasons I can not recommend Timeless Tours, but there are many other agents, and you owe to yourself at least once in a lifetime to visit Egypt.

We did the ‘Best of Egypt’ tour and our tour guide Ramez was absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable. He explained everything so clear and made the trip very enjoyable. Our driver Mohammad was also amazing, all was great.

Absolutely fantastic experience.

Booked the Jewel tour, which was nine days. Very well organised with lovely hotels & cruise boat (& the included meals were delicious).

Tour Guide was Ayman Samir, & his knowledge was outstanding.

I would definitely recommend this company & tour to anyone wishing to see the highlights of Egypt.

Way too many photographs to add here & each site was breathtaking.

We took the Nile jewel tour when my family visited Egypt from the UK, it was a great tour cover so much in the 9 days. The highlights was Nile cruise and the red sea.i would highly recommend this tour
