Superb service provided by Alan at Town Trip Hastings!! Alan came to the rescue when I got stuck at Gatwick Airport very late on Sunday evening, due to no trains running to Hastings. The booking process was seamless, quick and easy. Alan was waiting to collect me in his lovely Mercedes, and the whole journey from Gatwick to Hastings couldn't possibly have gone any better. Not only was the ride extremely comfortable, but Alan was very friendly too, immediately made me feel welcome and conversation between us flowed easily. I got home safely and for sure, from now on whenever I need a taxi, I'll be using Town Trip. Thanks again Alan!

We used two cars to drive us to and from the restaurant for my 50th birthday. Both drivers arrived in plenty of time and were happy to wait, they were both courteous and helpful and we had plenty of communication from them, can't fault them and would be happy to use again.

The two cab drivers I had were extremely courteous and kind gentlemen who were helpful as I navigated my first stay in Hastings proper. They are extremely reliable and Grade A.
