Arkwright & Co were the estate agent for a house we recently bought and they were brilliant. We found them to be professional and supportive with great communication throughout. Charlie showed us round the house and negotiated the sale price and he was an absolute delight to work with, very friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel completely at ease. Grace took over as the sales progressor and was nothing short of phenomenal. The sale would not have happened without her. There were some challenges that delayed the purchase (our fault, due to some choices we’d made) and Grace managed it perfectly. Grace kept everyone calm and informed, kept communicating with all parties and kept the sale on track (as well as providing a well needed, friendly, virtual, shoulder for me!). We had a great experience as the buyer and would definitely recommend them.

After the price was agreed with the sellers, the sales progression team were very efficient with communicating with all parties involved, including both sets of solicitors. Communication was effective and thanks to their support, we managed to complete the transaction within 8 weeks (this is including a 2 week festive break from one of the solicitors), which shows how smooth the whole transaction was processed!
