We booked a group holiday package to greece, Monju was very helpful especially with all the restrictions pcr etc definately took the stress away from us. Had no issues when we got there too! he looked after us all the way. Hotel and destination was really lovely! highly recommend them! yeh

I’d give 0 if there was an option. Do not book with them! Monjur is a scammer after booking he said a company he works with went into administration and the to had to give him extra money to rebook either way I had to wait for my refund so I have the extra money he said I will get my money back 100% 3-6 months max it’s now been 1 year he doesn’t respond and he has done this to many people

If I was able to, I would give this company a rating of 0. Monjur Ahmed is so untrustworthy!!!! We had paid for our Umrah package through this company and were scammed.

This company has been dissolved. They claim they are ATOL protected, however, they are not. They took our deposit 6 months prior to booking and continued taking our money even after this company was dissolved but did not mention this to us. Thus, operating illegally.

We were given hotel confirmations weeks prior to our booking by Monjur and it all looked fine. A couple of days before flying, we were informed that our second hotel had changed and we were placed in a hotel that was inadequate. Monjur did not do anything about this and said that his suppliers had only just informed him of this. However, upon speaking to the suppliers, they informed us that Monjur had in fact known over a month prior to telling us that the hotel changed and he did not contact them to amend this. Instead, he told us that there could be nothing done about this. We were then forced to stay in this hotel where we were faced with major issues and lead to our trip being ruined. He also added fees onto our booking that were not mentioned prior to booking.

On the whole, he made our stay so stressful when it should have been the most peaceful time for myself and my family.

DO NOT BOOK with this company. Monju is a fraud and a compulsive liar. We paid for a full Umrah package 5 months in advance. A couple of days before our flight, we were informed that our chosen 5* hotel was not booked. He then booked us into the most AWFUL, below standard hotel and wouldn’t change it despite our group members raising concerns. The clinic by the Haram in Medina refused to provide medical help as we were booked on the wrong Visa by Monju.

Monju promised a certain amount of refund but then reduced it claiming it is the supplier’s booking fee. I contacted the supplier directly who stated that they did charge a booking fee however it was not for the extortionate amount of £900. They also highlighted that Monju claimed he was booking on behalf of his family. They did not know he was a travel agent.

Please check Companies House, Monju is no longer director but continued to fleece out our money. This company has been dissolved via compulsory strike off and they are currently operating illegally.

I was very worried with what COVID-19 disrupting holiday plans and with prices of holiday deals going up. I searched with so many companies and travel agents to find an affordable trip to Dubai but prices sky rocketed. Let’s Fly Travel Advisers were absolutely amazing. They were very professional and understanding of my holiday needs. They provided me information about the current situation in Dubai which took all my worries away about travelling. They found me so many excellent and affordable holiday packages that my one difficulty was which one I should take as they were all soo affordable and the packages were irresistible. The best holiday ever booked by monju and his team ! Let’s fly travel came to me as an blessing ! 2020 being sucha stressfull year I was very spectacular about whether I should book an holiday to Egypt for December 2020 or not , and how the holiday would turn out to be. I looked for various companies and deals online that put me in two minds whether I should book the holiday or not with high prices exceeding my budget !
Until I came across Monju’s company on Instagram called let’s fly travel. I contacted monju on the phone for an quote and couple questions and he helped me with very clear and coherent guidance and a quote the same day !
All the way up-to answering queries, booking flights and accommodation and transfer, helping me acquire health insurance , confirming flights details , doing my holiday extension whilst I was on holiday and checking in my flights to come back to London . Monju has done everything so professionally and attentively !
Honestly if it wasn’t for monju I wouldn’t of had booked my trip to Egypt and had such a beautiful ending to 2020 and a fresh new start to 2021. Before leaving the uk I had initially booked the holiday for 7 nights in a family room but to my surprise when I arrived in Egypt monju upgraded me to family suite free of charge as a special treat for me and my family he ensured that my room
Was pool view and was in the best location of the hotel and contacted the staff there in management and restaurants to ensure that my stay was comfortable and I was looked after.

I loved my stay so much and monju was always in contact with me 24/7 answering any queries I had even advising me the money exchange rates, shopping malls I can visit and where to book excursions and what to expect on them with the best prices !!
One night before I was due to come to London I contacted monju and requested for my vacation to be extended for another further 6 days and monju as usual was so hands on and made the changes with the flights and hotel and extended my day the same day! If monju wasn’t on hand I wouldn’t of extended my stay and I would of came back but I got to enjoy a stress free for another further 6 days all with the help of monju.

He is the best travel agent ! His services and duties he has carried out and fulfilled exceed his role as an travel agent. He ensures that he exceeds customer satisfaction and looks after his customers all the way from acquiring an quote, booking everything , making sure ur okay on holiday and follow up contact when your back. I have never felt so safe, and enjoyed my holiday without any stress as monju handled everything. he offers the most best competitive price and ensures that all your needs are met! I would highly recommended anyone who wants to book a enjoyable holiday for the best price and excellent service to use monju and his team at let’s fly travel because this would be the best favour you would be doing to yourself by ensuring your booking the best holiday with amazing customer service and letting monju take all the stress away !!
