Hi everyone, I have a new update on my experience with Airway.
In my previous review I refered to the representative as Ralph but I think his name is Rahul. They are all Indians as I could recognize their both his and 'Henry's' accent. I don't even believe that those are their real names.

After my experience on 21.12.23, I decided to do some investigation. I contacted AirFrance which the ticket was booked through and was told that the ticket was booked by the travel agent called Masterfare. I was shocked to hear this because the travel agent that booked my flight, that I had been in communication with, is Airwaay. The AirFrance customer service agent sent me proof of the ticket purchase by forwarding the correspondence to me and lo and behold, I say Henry's email address. But it wasn't the email address that Henry used to contact me with. It was an email address with the domain "@travelcrew.co.uk". So I googled 'travelcrew' only to find out that it is another travel agent that these guys are operating under. That solidified and proved without a doubt that these people are scammers and operating a travel/flight booking scam under 3 different companies/disguises.

I have requested to get my flight changed as per the conditions on the invoice and they have still not changed my flight. I have not been able to go home to see my family which I haven't seen in 2 years and these scammers have scammed me of my hard earned £1675.73.

They tried to remove my initial review post by saying that my experience with them was not genuine but thankfully trustpilot reached out to me and asked of me to send proof. I did that and now my post has been given "verified" status.

The internet is a powerful tool and I will leave reviews on every review platform to get the word out there that these people are SCAMMERS!

Do not use this company. I have had to raise a charge back on my credit card when they failed to refund me despite confirming that they would by email. They advertise at one price, then phone you adding in addition charges. In addition to raising a charge back I have also contacted ATOL suggesting that they review their licence. Awaiting to hear who has issued card services to this company and will endeavour to have those services revoked

I have had a very bad experience with this agency. They didn’t refund my money during peak COVID. The staff take the customers for a ride and failed to convince as to why they would deduct nearly 200£ for each of my 5 tickets as a penalty. Not an agency worth booking tickets from.

Travelcrew is the mother of scam travel agencies.Their website mentions the office in vista centre in Hounslow ,London . I have personally been there for my refund since they kept on lying over the numerous phone calls. No office of this fraudulent agency exists in that building and no one there seems to know or heard of this agency before. It’s better to buy your tickets from ATOL specified travel agency and Travelcrew doesn’t figure on the list. The managers and staff are highly trained to loot you of your money. They are yet to return my full refund and keep ignoring my phone calls.

I would not give even a single star to these frauds but without this I would not be able to write this review.

My father just passed away. I am trying to change My aunts flight as she is travelling back to NZ to console my distraught uncle. She booked a flexi flight which should be able to be changed. I understand there may be costs involved in changing tickets but they are trying to charge me the cost of a whole new fight. I will never recommend this business as this is highway robbery without compassion. The staff wouldn't listen and were rude and continuously shouting over myself and other family through the phone.

I booked flights to India, thinking that they were giving a good deal. How wrong was I? Firstly, i was advised that the special offer was only for a debit card. I was charged an extra £17 per ticket to use a credit card. I called them back, and they said the special price of £760 was only for debit card. I contacted Consumer Direct, who advised that they cannot do this as it's a criminal offence. Even though, it states no charges to use cc on their website. I informed them of the Act. Initially they tried to refund £20 as a good will gesture, but not the £34. In the end they refunded the £34 which was due, but no good will!!! Very Crafty.... The prices for going to India are from £515 to £690... they are rip off merchants... don't bother!!! Go else where.

I have never experienced such a rude sales staff ever. They don’t have training to speak and work with civilised country clients. ( May be sitting in foreign country) Made an online purchase of tickets and then received a call from sales staff who tried to force include some stupid perks at 40% extra cost. When asked to issue ticket as purchased he cancelled the booking. Think twice before making any booking with them
they will ruined your dream holidays for the sake of their greed.

So bit of a background, I have been using them for a couple years now. I booked a flight aug 2020 that obviously due to covid restrictions on flying I couldn’t take and after arguing and fighting with them finally got a partial refund back in January 2021.

However, I also did take a flight with them in January 2020, all was good then I had part of my flight cancelled whilst I was there, and have been fighting with the airline since to get a refund. Well they finally refunded that on Aug 10th 2022. So I went to this company sent them the screenshots and confirmation from American Airlines.

Now the trouble starts. It’s been going round and round in circles, ignoring emails, saying they’d call and never do, saying I’ve already been refunded(referring to my previous mentioned refund) even after breaking it down advising on the refund it advised the date of the flight refunded (9th feb 2020) and is for a completely different amount, they still refer back to there same old ignorance is bliss hoping I’ll drop it.

I’ve told them numerous times to check with their accounts and they’ll clearly see a refund has just been processed, even confirming the amount, and still nothing.

Also informed them I would post daily reviews and all screenshots until it was resolved.

I have plenty for this company and will continue to do so until my matter is resolved.
