AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!! My mum has booked a holiday through these an they have changed there hotel 3times due to it being fully booked. A day before they fly they came out with it again an said, the hotel is fully booked but they have sorted another hotel. The hotel they are supposed to be at now hasn't got a booking for my mum or her friend. The company has only sorted out there flights! And are happy enough to take people's money an leave them stranded aboard without any accommodation. VILE LITTLE SCAMMING RATS!! Also the reviews that have give 5 ? are fake someone at the company has definitely made it up.

I am due to fly out to Rhodes on the 15th of August. Obviously there is a great deal of uncertainty in flying out to Rhodes given the situation with the wild fires. I didn't contact Lee last week,because I knew that he would be busy with people flying out before me. Lee contacted me!!Lee was very reassuring. I know that there are a lot of negative reviews, but I really believe that Lee is trying to make his business the best that it can be. I hope that people will give him a chance to prove himself and his company!

I am so disappointed with this company. I booked a city break to Barcelona via wowcher which ended up being a completely waste of money (1 day only out of 3 paid for due to poor flights) so I had to end up changing all the details to actually have some time there, which was way more expensive than originally advertised. My representative told me the hotel is in Barcelona, it is not. I was also told the airport I was going to was just 30 mins from the hotel and not to add on transfers as it would be cheaper to get a taxi. I made the booking on the phone trusting the agent to then find out after that the hotel is 30+ mins from Barcelona and an hour from the airport. I then phoned back up to add on the transfers and then said I couldn't, which is very dodgy. I work for a travel company and this is just a major red flag. I am now going to have to spend what it would have cost to stay in the centre in taxis. I'm so disappointed. I knew when I saw the offer it was too good to be true and I'm so gutted I just didn't arrange myself like I normally would.

Sarah at Plenty Holidays was amazing. Really helpful and professional .
Made the whole process really easy and explained everything step by step.
She answered all my queries patiently and had good knowledge of the Hotel and surroundings.Can’t wait for our holiday and I will definitely be booking with them again.
