Shop opening hours on a Saturday are 9.00am. But have to stand outside for 15 minutes. When asked if it was correct, no apology but advised they have to do all their checks first. They had 4 people sat at desks from 9am . Whilst stood. Poor customer service.

Olivia is just brilliant .I have many many holidays over the years but have to say Olivia is in the top 2 travelagents I have ever booked with. Nothing is to much trouble for her and she goes above and beyond to sort any little niggles which you may have.
