Simply brilliant. I've travelled with Steppes many times but this year, they surpassed themselves. I suffered a serious injury whilst in Jerusalem and their care and attention in bringing me home, working with hospitals, insurers, airlines et al was probably instrumental in getting me a positive outcome in my long term recovery. I owe them.

I so enjoyed my custom made 3 day tour of Southern Turkey. It was a magical experience I will remember for all my life. My guide was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The transfer drivers were punctual, everything was smooth. Highly recommend!

We have travelled a couple of times with Steppes travel and each time we have had a fantastic experience, trips have run extremely smoothly, we traveled to Antarctica a couple of years ago and then late last year to Myanmar (Burma) both trips couldn't have been better organised. The guides who met us and took us on our tours had excellent knowledge of the area, were polite and courteous at all times. My husband and I would definitely use them again.

We had a great experience with Steppes Travel. We wanted to climb the Nyragongo volcano in DRC and were also interested in Gorilla trekking. Their Africa team met with us, worked out what we liked, and suggested a very good itinerary. We were apprehensive about the hike up to 12,000 feet but Steppes gave us plenty of preparatory advice and everything went smoothly - it was a once in a lifetime experience. Our accommodation and food in DRC was excellent and all the transfers went smoothly. The gorilla trekking was amazing - only us and one other person and really close!
For the second half of our holiday they suggested Akagera national park in Rwanda. That was so beautiful - again great accommodation and food and we had a very knowledgeable guide who took us everywhere for 3 days. We are in our fifties and normally travel independently but were nervous about DRC. Steppes gave us an amazing trip and we would definitely use them again for adventure travel.

First class travel agents , have been to 6 continents, booking through them (North America next year). Have a dedicated emergency telephone number, always manned, the staff have first hand knowledge of all the destinations they feature.

Also offer more interesting locations than most, ie Antarctica The North Pole, and many more....
