We've been booking holidays through Howard Travel Trowbridge for 6 years now and always had great service however; on our last occasion in January we received the opposite. They didn't seem to understand our request for a "quiet & peaceful" hotel resort to celebrate my wife's 73rd birthday, somewhere in the Caribbean. Instead we were sent to the Caribbean's equivalent of a Club Med 18 / 30s holiday resort on St Lucia! Not exactly what we were expecting at our time of life! Unfortunately no apology or acknowledgment that on this occasion they'd got it badly wrong.

Booked a holiday (last year) for this year at great expense. Visited at the weekend for some information. After waiting a ludicrously amount of time, felt really patronised by the assistants response and attitude. Nearly £8000 for trip, wouldn't use again.

We booked a holiday to the Serengeti through Howard Travel who could not have been more helpful in providing us with a holiday of a lifetime. It was a fantastic trip and one that we will always be remembered for its beautiful scenery and abundant game and the wonderful lodges that we stayed at and the staff who went out of their way to make it a dream holiday. Good advice and choice. Booked our honeymoon through here and they got us a free upgrade for our accommodation by noting that it was our honeymoon on the booking. Would use again.
