Sehr schneller und guter Telefonservice. Probleme mit den Zimmerbuchungen. Gute Etappen bei Coast to Coast aber bei der Ankunft sollten die gebuchten Zimmer auch auf die Namen reserviert sein. Auch das Gepäck sollte im richtigen Hotel abgestellt werden. Gebuchte und bezahlte EZ sollten zur Verfügung stehen. Leider nicht so in Richmond. Schade!
