This was my first time using Abbots and I was very impressed overall.
Julie was able to make suggestions that we hadn't considered and worked within our budget. The hotels and locations suggested were perfect and we had the most wonderful holiday. The holiday was booked with Premier holidays and our transfers and tour rep were brilliant. The booking process was straightforward.
The only slight inconvenience is that you have to make an appointment with a member of the team and cannot just walk in and speak to someone.
However I would highly recommend Abbotts and hope to use them again in the future.

My husband and I were pointed towards Abbotts Travel to book our honeymoon in America and it was everything we hoped for and more.

We booked an appointment and told them we wished to visit San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego and finish in Las Vegas.
Sharron recommended hotels in each of these areas, stop offs along the way to LA and helped plan the best dates around the time we gave.
All of the hotels were clean, friendly and convenient for visiting all that each city had to offer.
Sharron also recommended sights for us to visit that we would never have known existed and the best ways to travel in these locations. Abbotts Travel even took care of our ESTA applications.

Her experience was key to making our honeymoon as special as we could ever have hoped for and we would happily recommend and use Abbotts Travel for any future trips.

We had the most fantastic holiday in this hotel and Goa itself. Carly and the team at Abbotts could not have done more for us. We were treated like royalty and nothing was too much for the staff. The local people were so friendly and welcoming everywhere we went (apart from the airport where they treat you like a criminal)! We had amazing food and fantastic weather. As we had never been to Goa before, we used Tui trips. 2 out of 3 were great, the other not so but our tour rep was brilliant at sorting any problems quickly. Overall, this was probably the best holiday we have ever been on and will certainly return again.

Have booked two fairly involved holidays with Abbotts now; travelling the West Coast of America and travelling through Japan. Both have been brilliant; travel, organisation, accommodation, arrangement, tickets, everything was faultless across both holidays. Not only that, Sharron and the team at Abbotts are so knowledgeable, they seem to have a second sense of what you would like to do/see/experience and they also make the whole booking etc., process pretty painless.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

I went in to the travel agents. Told them what I wanted. They suggested a hotel in Portugal. Booked it flight with Jet 2. What an excellent hotel. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you ladies for making a good holiday great.
