Have been a regular visitor to the centre and always received a warm welcome from Laura. She will be greatly missed. Both interested in local history and both attended UEA. She is capable of a much higher position I think. I recommend some postgraduate work, perhaps a phD, where you can write a book length thesis and have it assessed. A good way to start publishing, and many students do this, but she probably knows this already. My very best wishes for the future. Tim

Excellent, knowledgeable staff who made us feel welcome into Coventry. It was our anniversary, and both Ragini and Kerry gave us great recommendations, helped us with maps and assured us we were in a great place! If all TI staff were as good as this, there'd be many more tourists in the world!

Had a few hours to get the best out of coventry.....CAROLINE was brilliant. Gave us a quick history lesson then pointed us straight to all the best stuff. Friendly, helpful, accurate...all round ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!
I suggest this lady's wages be doubled!!!!
