Our travel agent was terrible. I would not recommend her at all.

No comms on visa requirements
No contact after taking our money
No direct comms telling us our flight time had changed
No info or guidance after we missed our flight to tell us we can be compensated on taxes.
No support to rebook us onto new flights.

We had two small children with us and had to do everything ourselves. I would have been better off booking it myself.
