Park run is great! Also good for a 4 lap walk on a Sunday morning. Loads of open space, dog friendly, can probably score some green there too ha ha.

Well, War Memorial Park is lovely.
They now have a crazy golf.
Little disappointed that the water park wasn't open at the time of the visit as it was a red hot day.

Went to visit centre twice. There is a cafe there, little concern of mine was the lack of response from the people from the desk when I reported an issue, I waited about 10 mins for my wife and daughter to use the toilets and still no one had come to sort the issue out in that time.
So I'm giving it a 3 star.

Great open space with a nice walking loop, and Parkrun. Great playground spaces for children, some formal garden areas and a small pond. Large memorial for those who fell in the Wotld Wars, and a visitor centre which also has photos and names of those who fell.

Toilets are located at the back of the visitor centre.

Car parking is currently free for 3 hours.

I love this park it's so peaceful. Really good for ridding your bike around the park. Normally best to cycle in morning or weekdays as it can get busy in evening with jogger's, dog walkers and people going for walk. Love this park.
