Rang today as our cruise was booking 19 months ago and suddenly its next week !.

I have to add to my recent review! I have since booked my first cruise and Tracey at Hays has been EXCEPTIONAL, so very patient and helpful. I/we will be coming back to book our next cruise in 2023. I could have booked on-line for my cruise as I am quite able, but I went back to Hays because of Tracey's, knowledge, advice and fabulous help, So, THANK YOU TRACEY! We had a wonderful 2 weeks holiday in Europe thanks to the staff. They advised with accuracy the standard of the hotel which was superb. We had a problem (my fault) with the airline which they were very helpful in sorting out. We would be reluctant to use any other agent in future.
