Very nice and understanding service. My car was damaged. I got a replacement car, very good quality. When the repair shop, which I will also leave a review ABL 1 TOUCH from Bunbury cheated me and without any notice simply on 2 dates, which he himself set, he did not bring my car. The gentlemen from ENTERPRISE helped me and told me what exactly I should do to be able to use the car from them. I sincerely recommend this company. Full professional !!!🎉

Great service from these guys. Lots of communication from start to finish. Only reason they don't get 5 stars is that there was an issue with the van size I ordered was unavailable (this has happened twice unfortunately). Luckily they did a great deal on a replacement vehicle, that was just big enough to do the job.

Superb service from start to finish. The booking process was smooth and straightforward – I used the website to enter my details and pay the fee. The next day, I picked up the van, verified the documents, and paid the deposit, ready to move into my new house. Extending the hire by one day was just as easy – I simply called, explained the situation, paid the additional amount, and everything was sorted. When I was finished, I returned the van and keys. After a quick check, the deposit was credited to my account. Thanks to the van, my move went smoothly. Great experience overall.

The staff deserves special mention: everyone was professional, incredibly helpful, and truly earned 5 stars. Excellent customer service.

Great experience with Rugby Enterprise Car & Van Hire.

Initially the van we rented wasn’t available however a larger van was given to us due to high demand.

The staff in the office were swift, professional and friendly.

If I was ever to rent a van in Rugby again, I would definitely return to Enterprise!

I would like to say a big thankyou to all at enterprise rugby. I needed a rental vehicle within 24 hr. They could not do enough to help me. Rental sorted on the morning of pick up they phoned to tell me they had issue with car I wanted so they upgraded me with no additional cost. I can not thank them enough. A special thankyou goes out to Reece who is one of a kind (and we share same birthday) Thanks guys forget the 5 star rating you can have a full 10 stars
