Called in to the branch at market harborough spoke to Zoe she was so friendly and helpful sorted us out and gave us time to think about the holiday with all the information we needed . Went in the next day to the same smiling easy going Zoe . With a few ideas and information we booked never been so easy to book a holiday. So good customer service so easy helpful and pleasant person very well done will definitely go in again to her

I have booked holidays with Amanda for years. She is very knowledgeable and uses this and her skills to book you the holiday that you want. She is so supportive and helpful when things go wrong eg cancelled flights. I genuinely wouldn't go anywhere else to book my holidays.
