Went here as a group of 16 (from young kids 5+ to adults 50+). Great day out. We did the Go Ape tree top challenge for the older ones and the kids did their challenge.

Did this for my Son's 14th birthday. Honestly it was a great day, but I'm not going to like this was expensive (a little over £330)

Staff here were amazing and very supportive and approachable. Millie you were amazing with us 🥰

Definitely do this again.

Be warned the parking cost us £11.

We booked for the the Treetop Adventure that takes roughly 3 hours to complete.
My son is 14 and has completed this course before. I am 46, scared of heights, and have never done anything like this before.
We were greeted by Jakob at the fron desk who was very helpful, well mannered, polite, and friendly. We felt welcomed from the second we started.
Our instructor ( I think his name was Paul) was very thourough and very safety conscious.
We were briefed on how to manoeuvre through the trees safely and instructed on how to use all of the equipment.
I asked questions and the questions were welcomed.
The instructors are always on the ground spurring you on and giving you the confidence you need.
The Adventure was fantastic! Lots of different challenges throughout the maze in the trees.
I was saved by Hannah at the end as I was unable to climb to rope netting, and no point did I feel scared. I blew my whistle provided by Go Ape and Hannah came in seconds and helped me on that part of the course.
I cannot recommend Go Ape at Cannock Chase any higher. 100% 5 Stars 10/10
Beautiful surroundings, fantastic staff, highly trained staff to make you feel confident and safe.
A wonderful day out for your family, friends, partner, or even a solo adventure.
I am booking to go again and we only went yesterday!
Be prepared to get a little dirty, it's all part of the fun!
An exhilarating day, full of laughter, smiles, and challenges.
I am afraid of heights and really wanted to push myself and I'm so glad I did!
There are other Adventures that aren't as high, but I'm really pleased I chose to challenge myself.
It was a wonderful bonding experience with my teenage son.
We will be going back very soon!

Even the cafe is wonderful with a wide variety of food to fill your appetite after your adventure!
The walks that you can go on after in Cannock Chase are stunning!
All around an amazing day in beautiful surroundings!

Visited today as a group of 8 to do the tree top challenge, Aaron was our lovely guide who safely talked us through the course and safety features and attached all of our harnesses, he was very attentive and friendly, we then set off to do the course, which I must say I under estimated… work out and a half not sure if from the climbing the ropes or the belly laughing the whole way through, even though it was freezing cold we all absolutely smashed the course and had an amazing day! Will definitely return for a summer workout 🏋️
Thankyou to the lovely two lady’s at the end who gave us our certificate and stickers, and took a lovely group photo of us all ❤️ we even had an extra treat with the puppy Betty for a little snuggle at the end!
Great team!!! Highly recommend

What a wonderful place. My daughter and I had a great day. The staff are absolutely amazing. I had an anxiety attack and they let me down and made sure I was good, my daughter carried on and then she got a little scared being on her own. 1 of the instructors went up to her and talked her through the rest of the course.
I can't thank the staff enough for being so amazing with us.
My daughter wants to go again, but with dad next time.

5 stars for sure. Took a big Youth group with us and all of the Go Ape staff was very co operative, made our kids feel so relaxed. Special thanks to Aaron, who supported my little one all the way. He helped him build his confidence to go on zip wire. We all had a great time. Thank you to all

This place is amazing and great day out, the team that work here are second to none this has probably been the best service I have ever known, my son has had problems with speech he can talk but not in very big detail or answer any detailed questions.. but i didn't once have to mention this and he got stuck half way around course and they came to rescue him and was super friendly and could communicate with him which is money can't buy service.
Course was fun and would love to do the bigger version when he grows older.
