I stayed one night and it was the best nights sleep I’ve had in weeks. Really spacious for the 3 of us. The room was extremely clean. Generous supply of tea/coffee, milk and sugar. Very clean. Staff were lovely.

Fantastic location to use the Snowdome with Free parking right outside. Rooms recently updated, very spacious. We had a family room with a king size bed and 2 good singles for the kids, not the usual settee effort you get in others. Very clean, comfy beds, bath & shower, bright and airy. Very friendly staff. Did hear the odd person in the corridor but it was Saturday night and to be honest I like to hear a bit of life, it was only up until about 10 but hardly anything. 100% Will use this place again and recommend highly to others. Amazing price of £67.99 for a family room of 4

Stayed here a few times. Upto 7 nights in a row. Its a new ish hotel rooms are clean with a great location to town centre attractions. The friendly staff are friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately this stay has put me off retuning. It's guest with the smell off cannabis in the halls and lifts sometimes making me uneasy returning to my room.

The receptionist lady is really helpful. Kate is the best. Hotel location is really central they could clean rooms more regularly instead of if we stay more than 6 days package. Next time if I come i would like to stay this branch again. Perfect

The room was nice enough, very basic and was full of dust plus the shower washing pump didn’t work at all so couldn’t use it. My own fault really for not being washing stuff

We had Tara she was lovely and very welcoming at the reception, very friendly and very willing to help and assist throughout the night. we really enjoyed our stay we stayed after a date night.and it’s a great location from all the restaurants thank you

Possibly the worst night's sleep I've had for a long time! The bed was so awful due to the soft mattress and us inadvertently rolling in to the middle and waking one another, both my partner and I struggled to have a decent sleep, and so because of this, we chose to not stay the second night. The staff were lovely and pleasant though.

Bad point also next to train track so a litte extra noise when window open ....
