First time using Nearby Executive and very pleased with the service. Jamal was our driver and was waiting for us at our pick up point, he was very polite, opened our doors and smartly dressed. Great communication and he was very helpful by assisting us with luggage.

At the time of booking we requested for the driver not to drive to fast and this was communicated, the drive was nice and smooth. The car was very clean and had AC so it was lovely and cool. Will definitely be using this company again. Thank you

Please avoid at all cost. I hired executive transport. I was charged 3 times higher than my local taxi and got a very unprofessional service. Get on the bus or call a friend or family. They don't deserve a star at all. When I called for explanation, Steven was very abruptly defensive I am fuming 😤

We have been using Grosvenor for almost ten years without a problem however last weekend was horrendous. As I was getting in the taxi my foot tapped the back of the plastic in between the two front seats. I immediately apologised (I am almost 6ft) this lead to the driver yelling at me while driving and not looking at the road. He continued to shout about how this was an executive car and I should show more respect. After trying to explain that it was an accident I had no other choice but to end the journey and get out of the car. To make matters worse, he rang the dispatcher and told them I had kicked his car door. Absolutely shocking.
I would urge women not to use Grosvenor as I felt so unsafe. I’m so pleased I wasn’t alone at the time.

Grosvenor cars used to be an excellent service, used them for years. Since selling out to Dean their service has been steadily declining. I have refrained from commenting until now but tonight was the last straw. They showed up late and instead of yhe nice Mercedes or BMW that I expect and pay for, I got a grotty old 7 seater taxi. He had to drop me off at the bus stop for me to run in and only just make my train . I expect to pay for and get a premium service when I call Grosvenor. They shouldn't just pawn it off to any old taxi service .

The service was fabulous. Previously I have used UBER which is meant to be a premium service. However, I had a bad experience as a new mum with my baby with the access of my pram into the car, the driver made me feel very uncomfortable which ultimately made me feel very nervous about using a taxi, in the future therefore I had been using public transport!
My friend recommended Grosvenor after a lunch we had as I couldn't face public transport. The driver was so professional and helped me with the pram and baby, despite the driver being in uniform he was so helpful
and very kind. The car was lovely on the exterior and interior, very premium. I certainly will be using the service again and will recommend.

Terrible experience. Enquired about nice car with a uniformed driver through their website. They booked it without replying to the enquiry. Then phoned up to pay for car but because I did not state I wanted an executive vehicle I was sent a bog standard taxi from their other fleet (Dean Taxis) I have contacted the company to complain. I find it amusing that the other review on here is from a guy whose name is exactly the same as the man I have been complaining too. Hmmm. Perhaps not a true 5 star review?
