I used Kingsway a lot and they're usually very dependable and keep you in the picture as to where your taxi is. Would have been 5 stars but there have been one or two occasions when they were late. Not recently though.

They let me know he was on his way and I could track the car, so I knew where and how long he would be.
Excellent driver, he turned up before time and couldn't have been more helpful.

Booked to and from the theatre royal Newcastle . On each occasion the drivers arrived in good time. Cars were both clean and comfortable, both drivers were courteous, friendly and chatty, felt very comfortable and safe, great value for money and would 100% recommend Kingsway cabs.

Very good service with friendly driver. Taxi arrived on time. Lady driver which was great as I was travelling on my own (also female). Asked which route I would prefer then when I arrived at destination she check with office to make sure I hadn't taken the more expensive route. I had so she knocked off the few pounds I would have paid extra which was very good of her. I will definitely use them again when I'm back in Newcastle.
