Dipesh helped me book my tickets and was incredibly cordial and patient throughout the process. He took the time to find the best price and guided me step-by-step, ensuring everything was seamless. The flexibility Southall Travel provides always gives me peace of mind, and it’s one of the reasons I keep coming back. Highly recommended!

Overall 5* would recommend. We booked our honeymoon in the Maldives and they offered the best price around. 24/7 very fast response time customer service. Some small sticking points in communication with emails etc. but with one phone call was always sorted very quickly. We have recommended others to book their Maldives trip with them!

Overall a good experience with Southall Travel. I was skeptical as they were the only company that could get me a booking at the hotel I wanted, and at a reasonable price, however everything worked out perfectly! I was a little disgruntled at having to pay extra than initially quoted as apparently the initial room had been booked up by the time it came to confirmation however the upgrade was worth it in the end. CROOKS. We (6 persons) booked Air India flights to India (Prayagraj) through Southall Travels. They quoted £970 per ticket for London - Mumbai - Prayagraj -Delhi - London. They changed the route for everyone themselves and the new route was London - Mumbai - Prayagraj - Get your own taxi (5 hours drive) to Lucknow and then fly from Lucknow to Delhi. The price was also raised from £970 to £1204 and a day lost in travel. We asked the agent to cancel the ticket (one day after it was issued) and guess how much we were charged, £500 per ticket. We cancelled the flights due to re-routing and that re-routing was done by Southall Travels's agent without our consent. A critical point to note is that Air India website states if the ticket is cancelled within 3 days then the penalty is only £65. Imagine ripping us off for £435 per ticket on top of Air India 3 day rule. This is when it was Southall Travel Agent's fault. I can't imagine how much we would have been charged if it was our fault. Stay miles away from these travel agents.

This is the first and last time I will make any booking with this company.
It was great response and rapport was fantastic until I made payment.... then they don't really have time for you. I called and reached out a few times, being told this person that person will call me, but if course they didn't. Well they have my non refundable 5k in the pocket so why would they?
If you are looking for a simple quick booking then fair enough, but if you need more assistance or after care then don't bother, they say they are there for all the help but they are chatting out of their back sides! In fact they say "I think this and I think that" when they don't actually know the answers themselves.
Would rather pay more for some genuine customer care.

Seamless booking experience with Travel Trolley

I had to change my travel plans for a flight pre-booked via travel trolley. My booking had additional complications of the original booking airline Vistara being part of Air India merger but Sarah helped in navigating it smoothly. She contacted the airlines negotiated the required changes and also helped me secure a good deal for the booking modification. I have used travel trolley several times and have always had a good experience from booking creation, changes and cancellation, everything has worked pretty seamlessly so far
