From being recommended to contact Loiuise to plan our Cruise holiday, Louise went out of her way to ensure everything was meticuously arranged while having to overcome some issues created by the cruise company due to my wifes mobility issues. Our recent trip to Stella Island Greece was flawless. We were looking for something special and boy did we get it! The VIP service was amazing including supporting the meet and greet parking at the airport, check in, seat selection and transfer. Nothing is too much trouble and all questions are answered thoroughly. They also add the extra special considerations such as a greeting letter on arrival to the hotel and the welcome back card when we returned home.
