A huge thanks to Mehul at Caspian Seagull travel for organising such a great holiday at short notice. We were stranded at Gatwick having had our flight to Madeira cancelled just before boarding and no alternative bring offered by BA for several days. I contacted Mehul who calmly and efficiently secured us flights to Tenerife the next day and held them whilst we looked together at hotel options. He had to make sure the hotel was suitable for my 91 year old mother in law with mobility issues as well as being good enough for us! Not easy with very little availability but he found us a great option which we are enjoying very much. He even phoned the hotel to check they were putting us in suitable rooms. Thanks so much to Mehul for saving our holiday!

Caspian Seagull travel are amazing! They made my travel plans so stress free from beginning to end. Great rates, great service and that personal touch that is priceless. I booked a flight and hotel package to New Delhi. It was fast, efficient and within my budget. Mehul, despite his sunny casual and friendly demeanour is a consummate professional. He figures out exactly what your needs are and actions them with a smile, goes beyond the call of duty to help you. It's a properly old school--in the best way--travel agent, and sadly these are rare nowadays. I really can't recommend Caspian Seagull Travel enough. There is no need to book anything online anymore when such little gems of travel agents still exist. Can't wait to make my next booking. Thanks guys, you are the best!

Mehul has been fantastic in ensuring that all my recent travels in India have gone without a hitch. He has been amazing in detail and ensured that all that has been arranged has had his personal attention.

I have used him numerous times for personal and family travel to the US, Canada, Morocco and India. I have never been let down and feel completely at ease when I have booked through him, knowing that all will go well, without any hitches.

I know that I can get travel cheaper by booking online or by myself but am happy to pay for the peace of mind which booking through Caspian Seagull Travel brings. There is only ever negligible difference anyhow. I recommend CSG/Mehul to all my friends and will continue to use this personally.
