Exceptional service! Got some pretty good quality t-shirts which were exactly as the mock-up showed. There was a slight misunderstanding regarding the sizes but Will quickly resolved it and sent out an XXL first class post.

I just wanted a single t shirt for a gag gift (not stag related). It was easy to upload my image and place the order, which was on a Saturday, they sent my mock up on the Monday and I had the shirt by the Thursday. Nice quality shirt for a great price - and with my big fat head emblazoned across it!

Booked 2 experiences with them, 1 we needed to change time and they were no help and offered no refund, just take your money and then don’t care, second activity we ended up have to pay more for the experience when we got there!! we used chilli sauce for other activities and they were way better priced and more flexible

I used LNOF for my daughter’s Hen Weekend. We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Newcastle (fab) and had a cocktail making event and meal at Revolution de Cuba (excellent), both arranged by the team.
LNOF was a great way to organise a group, spreading the cost over several months and not having to handle any of the money or stress!

My last review seemed to be deleted … Avoid at all costs, they will take your money and put you in an unsafe hotel. Even after raising my concerns they still fully ignored everything I said. I booked a stag do In benidorm and it was terrible. Our hotel room was broken into and we where scammed by LNOF. if I could give 0 stars I would.

Ordered from this company, there was a slight print issue with the personalised items (which can happen) and so I contacted them and within 24 hours my new items had arrived. There was no fuss, no hassle, just an apology from them and a resend!
