Just back from an adventure holiday in Nepal. Highly recommend Joe and Alexander Adventures. With over 20 years experience in Nepal Joe just knows the right fixers to make things work. Local knowledge especially during and after monsoon season is essential. Joe and his team also have extensive medical & risk assessment training along with emergency equipment that could make a real difference. Travel with Alexandra Adventures and you won't be disappointed.

What a brilliant 3 day adventure in Scotland with Joe and his team. From start to finish I was exceptionally well looked after. It was great to turn up in camp, that was already set up and ready for us. The kettle was already on and our first brew was being made.

The organisation and planning was clear and helped the group understand everything we were doing.

The food was amazing, it felt like a luxury not having to cook or wash up.

Making great friends and great memories in the Scottish Highlands absolutely priceless.

We did an awesome trekking trip from Kathmandu/Nepal to the Mount Everest Base Camp! Joe Alexander and his team from Nepal were the absolutely perfect partners for us. Everything was perfect organized! Even when little problems came up, the team had everything under control! Just completed the most phenomenal experience with Joe from Alexander Adventures trekking to Everest Base Camp in Nepal. Nepali weather tried to prevent some of us getting going but Joe’s team did absolutely everything they could to get us up to the start of the trek and look after us while we waited. Joe gave us loads of advice about how to cope with the altitude and despite knowing I suffer with it, I followed what I was told and made it to EBC. When I was struggling one of the guides would walk with me to make sure I was ok and I don’t think I could have felt more supported while I was trekking.

recently did a trip to summit Mare Peak that’s over 6000 metre summit in the Himalayas with Alexander adventures. And I can honestly say I chose the correct company to look after me and take charge of this trip. Joe is a no-nonsense man with endlessly support and supplies in Nepal so whatever obstacle is thrown at him he will 100% over come it and get you where you need to go. Nepal is full of surprises And anything can change at any moment so you need someone you can trust and who can take charge….

If you do decide to go with Joe use his knowledge and ask him anything. If you need help with kit advice before hand whatever it may be that’s what you pay for and he’s always happy to help.

My son and I booked with Alexander Adventures for a trip of a lifetime to trek to Everest Base Camp from Lukla. With a few days in Kathmandu, ahead of leaving for Lukla, Joe and his team looked after us from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Organisation of the trek itself was faultless and Joe, and his team of Guides and Porters, certainly knows what they're doing at altitude. If this is something you have on your bucket list, like I had since I was 15 (im now 56), then booking with Alexander Adventures will get you there safely and in the best condition. Keep up the good work Joe, and thanks for an amazing adventure.

Excellent weekend in Scotland learning winter mountain skills. Such a fantastic team, everyone is made to feel comfortable and well looked after. Everyone has such a laugh aswel. Excellent guidance and food provided as always. See you in a few weeks for kayaking.
Anyone looking to get into the outdoors or learn some new skills i would highly recommend Alexander Adventures 👌🏽

What an amazing weekend we've just had with Alexander Adventures doing winter skills in Scotland. As always team at Alexander Adventures was amazing from start to finish, providing us with top notch experience, clean and warm accommodation and of course Dave's 5* breakfast, dinner and tea as well as snacks and brew. Going home now feeling that I've achieved something I wanted to do for a while and learned some cool new skills. Not my first time with then and certainly not last.
