We can't thank Leah at Charter enough. She helped us organise the most amazing holiday in Florida. Everything went so smoothly, flights were brilliant, the transfers were so posh! We had such a brilliant time and created memories to last a lifetime! The split stay worked out so well and Leah was so helpful when we changed our plans.

Charter was much cheaper than several other travel agents. We were recommended Charter and we in turn would recommend them. We will definitely use them again.

Our booking experience with Claire at charter travel has been great so far, Claire is always very helpful and patient when I'm finding it hard to make up my mind. Our last holiday to Sardinia was faultless and fabulous. So we have booked another holiday with Charter Travel for next year.

Excellent service from Peter in arranging our holiday to Orlando. Fully knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions. Would recommend to anyone. Price was very competitive beating the main tour operator by around £2,000

I cannot fault this company at all. I have used them before for holidays to Florida and have just booked through them again, this time for California. Richard, as always, has been nothing but a pleasure to work with to ensure everything was to our requirements. Nothing was too much trouble, even the many times he recalculated how many for travel and where to stay. Highly recommend using them

We had been looking a holiday in Disney World, we emailed several companies with what we wanted from our holiday. Charter travel were able to find what we wanted exactly and within the budget we had. Aidan did a fine job for us and we will be booking with the in the future.

We booked our ‘once in a lifetime’ holiday to Orlando for my husband and I and our two children through Peter at Charter Travel and had a brilliant experience with them from start to finish. They came in with the cheapest and most competitive quote compared to other agents and booking direct/ looking online ourselves and this allowed us to truly have a holiday of a lifetime with upgraded hotel options, one of which gave us Express Passes for rides at Universal Studios. We wouldn’t have been able to get this deal for the same price elsewhere and it really made our holiday run so much more smoothly and be even more special.

Everything booked through Charter was great and went smoothly: flights, hotels, airport transfers and attraction tickets all spot on.

Peter and other staff at Charter were always happy to help with any queries etc and responded quickly by phone and email. Peter also helped with putting room requests in with the hotels and these were all meet too, and we really appreciated his honestly that this might not be the case but we were lucky it all worked out exactly as we wished.

We’d love to go back to Florida one day and wouldn’t hesitate to use Charter again and recommend them for this and any other holidays.

We used charter travel for our Florida holiday in 2023 found them efficient , the price was within our budget and we had an amazing time . We are planning a return trip in 2026 so have started looking round , we knew exactly what we required as a family so approached other companies but decided again to go with Charter Travel no one could match their fantastic prices . Our travel consultant Luke was easily contactable and replied in a timely manner to help us find the perfect holiday again with a fantastic price tag .
