Worst holiday ever. A 3* hotel pretending to be 4*. Moncort hotel Griego torremolinos.
No fridge or minibar or tea making facility. Nowhere to have lunch if you go half board. Was told by Hays that this hotel was on the beach. It is at the top of a hill adjacent to slum flats all round, far too difficultf for us IAPs. Small pool, smaller lifts (6,people). The large Bar salon was never open had to squeeze into a small bar off the large but uninhabited lounges. Cut ny leg open climbing from pool, the rail was loose. Reported it to reception , still broken when we left. Food average. Housemaids very good. A very disappointing experience. Will stay away from Hays Travel

Can’t thank the staff at Hayes - Runcorn enough. They’ve recently helped us with booking a couple of trips for next year including one of a large party, which was a bit of a logistical nightmare. Staff went above and beyond to help and reassure. Thank you once again for helping us.
