Tried to over charge us. They were banking on us being too drunk to realise, however, we were all sober and instantly new something was wrong. Won’t be using their services again.
It must be noted that the driver was very sympathetic and treated us with great care, this cannot be said for their boss in the phone.
Turns out that the amount they charge people is decided before any journey takes place, which means they are knowingly overcharging people on purpose.

Booked a taxi to the train station a day in advance. Didn't bother to show up. When I rang them I just got an automated message saying they were closed. Missed my train. Cost me an extra £60. Great stuff!

Tailgated by one of their drivers today. If this their standard of driving I for one will not be using their services. I thought taxi drivers were supposed to be professional.
