Unfortunately, I encountered a brusque, bossy, and badly spoken member of staff at EventTravel called Rosie. This was when I went to the O2 in London on December 19th to see Paul McCartney. Not the most friendly of people. When you pay £780 for a ticket you don't want to be spoken to like you are dirt.

Solid company, although the customer service was hard to reach by phone. Within hours after sending an e-mail, I had a reply to alter a booking. Follow up was swift and satisfactory!

Please AVOID AT ALL COSTS (they will be high)

VIP/Gold Hotel package for Genesis at the o2. Hotel was 20 mins away- by Taxi
Offered in package 'Themed Carrier - This was in fact a paper bag. And we were only allowed one between 2.
Offered in package 'on site event management and VIP Hosts'- This was in fact one person handing out said paper bags.
After complaining by email I was told these were 'highly received' 'a keep sake' and if not 'fully recyclable.

After adding the costs published on the websites of both the 02 and Hotel- It would appear they have charged me over £200 for 1 paper bag- and cost me over £30 in Taxis, £21 in parking, and time on complaint emails and reviews.

I purchased ticket for Robbie last Saturday 15/10/22, Crowne plaza hotel and breakfast was fantastic. Robbie of course brilliant.
There was an misunderstanding with part of the entry package with event travel and the venue, but thanks to Nick CEO he helped resolve the issue.
