Fantastic place to visit with friends, family or with the dog. Even at peak times you can walk into the forest and not see anybody. There are multiple trails for walking, running or cycling with plenty of activities for children. Parking is expensive, but becoming a member can make visiting more cost effective.

A really beautiful area that has a plethora of adventure play areas for kids of all ages. Lovely and well maintained bike paths and playgrounds. Lots of picnic tables near the play areas and a Go Ape outdoor adventure course for the brave at heart! I would wholeheartedly recommend. It also has a great cafe overlooking some lovely scenery.

Car park is a total disgrace. ! Charging £14 . Rip off Britain. They should be encouraging people being fit and healthy . I have biked at parks all over UK, and have never paid more than a £5...

Always support the locals cafe and enjoy the day
.refuse to utilise your facilities when we are welcomed with a £14 fee...

They should be ashamed
