Used to be a Great train? But today 21/7 2024 it was the worst train EVER!! We had to travel with a local train! (A big thank you to South West Railway for getting us to Gatwick) we had 12 minutes left when we where onboard our plane!! And we had bought our tickets to the Gatwick Express in advance!! So i will definitely have a refund!!

I used their services for 3 times, had my trains cancelled for 2 times. When it works, everything is good but if you are paying for something, you expect for a proper delivery. This was the last time for me to use their services.

Not worth the money: super slow, it frequently stops for several minutes, expensive. Take the normal trains instead as they'll take almost the same time (33min vs 30min GE), GE not worth the premium fee.

Expensive, no seats, and (despite the name) slow. As I type this on the train, standing up next to the door along with 10 other people, we were just passed by a regional. Actually there goes another. And another. We’ve moved about half a mile. Nightmare. You’re probably better off paying less on a regional train.
