Forgot my booking, sent the driver after I called when they were 10 minutes late. Driver was nice enough. But he didn't show up for the midnight return journey. Sat around in the cold waiting for someone else to pick us up for an hour. No answer on phone number.
Absolute lack of care and basic level of service. Left vulnerable people waiting in the cold and risked missing our friends wedding.

Rip off, refuse to deliver a receipt, want more money then negotiated for drop off fees, globally much more expensive then other taxi company. Avoid and try to catch the real Skyline Airport Taxi. Impossible to find email on the web for that company...

I'm afraid to say 15 mins late arriving (after having booked 24 hours in advance), and I'm sure only arrived because of chase-up call. Then charged £30 (!!!) for a 15 min drive. Unbelievably extortionate
