While the man on the phone and the driver were super polite and helpful, and the car was very clean, we were shocked to discover the flat rate of (I think) £9.40 immediately applied. My fault, I should have asked the price when I booked (which came to around £14 something for a 10 min drive) We’re not from here so didn’t expect such a high price as we’re used to Ubers. Good that they take card though.

Used this company twice well tried to the first time we was told 15 minutes the taxi arrived 40 minutes later. Didnt need it then as managed to walk to our destination as they showed up late. Second time was told 20 minutes they showed up 35 minutes later. Driver was using his phone while driving and it was raining also put Indian music on d

I have used taxi line more or less everyday since moving location for my job. It’s out in the sticks and yet the service is always excellent, the people are always friendly and up for a chat if you are! The prices are reasonable but it’s the people that make this business better than other services in the local area.

Utter joke. Rob you blind. Taken a few taxis with different companies and regretfully chose these and they were over 30% extra than other taxis. No meter was put on and he showed me a text to say it was that amount. Illegal not to have your meter on. No wonder you are not busy because you rob people.
Never wish I’ll but I hope you don’t have one eventually. £10 for 1.5 miles !!.

Was very late this morning taking my pregnant wife to work at hospital for her shift. Didn't even apologize and then started to be very rude and caused her a great deal of stress.
Disgraceful behaviour and service. See what you reply back with before taking this forward and more action against you!
