To start, the gentleman on the phone is ever so polite and had no problems repeating himself multiple times due to poor connection. Taxi arrived on the exact minute prodicted, then the driver was absolutely amazing. Really polite and assisted with anything he could, also I was charged £10.60 tho the lovely driver only charged me £10 as I didn't have enough cash, I'd recommend Express cars 100% for anyone for any reason!

Deshonest and unreliable taxi firm. i booked a taxi and when it was not arriving, i phoned them. They told me that i had never booked a taxi....Did not booked it with my mobile but with my home phone and wrote their number down in case of a problem, so it was not me becoming mad!....the truth is they did not want to pay their driver to do a short trip early in the morning. It's all about cash!. ....Do not use them if you need to go somewhere important. You live and learn!
