After years of wanting to have a birthmark removed, I finally decided to get in touch and enquiry about having it removed. Response to my original enquiry was very speedy and professional. I had a consultation booked within a week and my first treatment booked in within days after that.

I had my first treatment with Nicola, who was so lovely and friendly. Put my mind at ease and assured me of all risks, and treatment results. She was very patient with me and gave me great after care advice. Although I’ve just had the one treatment, I’m absolutely delighted with the results so far.

Cannot wait to come back for my next treatment and see the lovely team again. I can’t fault the service or their kindness!

Being looked after by rtwskin has been an incredibly positive experience. The Front of the House team always made me feel welcome and Doctor Ahmed is a highly experienced and professional practitioner. From the initial consultation where she kindly dealt with all of my queries, clearly explaining the different steps of the procedure to the day of the surgery and the follow up appointment after that. Microdermabrasion facial - Ali the receptionist was very welcoming. Zivile was extremely knowledgeable and covered all bases to make sure I was having the best treatment for my skin type. I would strongly recommend and will definitely be returning!

Took my teenage daughter for consultation relating to acne and other skin issues which had been unresolved by other doctors and dermatologists. Dr Fatima was patient, careful and incredibly helpful. Her cautious approach to treatment was really welcomed. I'm pleased to say she was the first to properly diagnose and treat the issues. Delighted with the results and free follow-up consultation was a welcome addition.
