Decided to use a local pharmacy rather than a nationwide delivery service.
Oh my life - last time I will bother. Over officious service and charged me rather than accepting my word for an exemption, when the drug they've dispensed me is clearly one covered by an exemption.
Won't be back.

A very friendly and efficient pharmacy. I just got referred to them after an NHS111 phone call. Imperial called me straight away to confirm the referral, and I went straight there. I was seen immediately by a kind, patient and knowledgeable member of their staff and given comprehensive advice. 10/10 for service.

I use Imperial Pharmacy for everything now after some very bad experiences elsewhere (thankfully now closed).
Staff are very friendly and helpful. The shop is well stocked with some nice pharmacy brands. I always end up buying something whilst waiting!
The only reason they don't get 5 stars is that the website simply doesn't work. I tried ordering a repeat prescription for my husband and there was no indication on the order or via email that out GP does not take take requests for repeat prescriptions from pharmacies. The staff didn't seem to know that the website even had the option to do this!

I tried to book travel clinic services, but wasn't able to. I was instructed to use a website that had tech issues and didn't work . Tried to call, was instructed to raise the issue with the website tech support team, who acknowledged the issue and redirected me back to the pharmacy, who then said to me to send and email but that the travel clinic person was on holiday and it would take a couple weeks to get a response. I gave up and found a better place to have the service I needed.

You would struggle to find a better pharmacy anywhere. Combining a staff that is both knowledgeable and friendly, with a great location and premises creates the best pharmacy I've ever visited.
Massive shout out to front of house Abbey and pharmacist Sarah, they are the best amongst amazing staff!

I visited this pharmacy today after going to another local pharmacy where I didn’t receive much help. The staff here were so friendly and helpful, I spoke with the pharmacist Deborah (sorry if the name is wrong) who was so lovely and gave me all the advice I needed. She took her time with me to ensure I felt better before leaving too. You can tell they care about what they’re doing here, I would definitely go back!
