Been in today to book our dream holiday. Got a friendly welcome from all the staff there, which is just what you want when booking a holiday. Fallon helped us out and made sure we got the holiday we wanted. Nothing was to much trouble, and at no point did we feel pressured into making a decision. We will be using them again in the future to book parking and hotel at the airport. Oh, and we've adopted a turtle, and no, I'm not sure what entails either ?

Always friendly staff and warm welcome. Great service. Thorough and ensure everything is spot on. Sad to see Ross leave. Professional, friendly, kind hearted man. Very sad to see him leave but very happy for him with his new life. I will always use this branch for future trips. I know I will be more than happy with their dedication.

Friendly staff and easy to talk to, they really do a great job of helping you to find a holiday destination - that is affordable and cozy. Nice and warm in the winter and a good range of books/magazines to choose from too! Danielle, who we spoke to, was very helpful as well
