Very good service! Driver on time and very good! Lovely warm car as it was so cold.
The only reason I have dropped a star is the App wouldn't work and I had to ring them. Think you may need to check it's working properly because you could be losing valuable business.

Same disappointing experience as noted by a previous review. We booked a car one week in advance to pick up 8am to take us to the Shrewsbury train station. No car arrived and the app display read "looking for a driver. As a result we had to take our car and only made the train with minutes to spare. I am amazed that a company promoting themselves highly can be so unprofessional. If a journey is booked in advance it should be honoured. We have moved to another Shropshire car company who turn up.

Ordered 3 taxis get people home and to a hotel after a birthday party. Taxis were on time and driver extremely polite. Excellent value and a nice journey home. Will definitely use again. Thank you

First time to Shrewsbury, booked special valentine's meal with the Mrs for 6, taxi booked for 5 as it was raining, after several phone calls and still being told the taxi wasn't on it's way by 5.40 we cancelled.
Got soaked walking to the restaurant but the meal was lovely!

Ordered a taxi and the phone location got the road wrong. Only realised when I'd had the call saying the taxi was there. Called the driver and he was excellent at helping me work out where I was and found me a minute or two later. Very helpful driver especially given the technical difficulties!

Terrible! Booked a six seater to get us to our lunch booking, received a call to alert dispatch and after 30 mins called office to be told no six seaters and would be another hour! Cancelled the booking and won’t use again!

Do not use this company! We pre-booked and pre-paid for 6 taxis to collect guest from our wedding and take them to their hotels. They was all planned in, the timing and routing had all been planned but 3 taxis failed to turn up at the booked time. We had guests waiting and chasing these taxis for which were due to arrive at 11:30pm. And still hadn’t turned up at 1am! Fortunately some of the guest hadn’t had a drink that evening so were able to drive groups of people back to their hotels. I have tried to resolve this directly with the taxi company to which I have received no acknowledgement of what has happened and they do not want to even refund the taxis which never turned up!

Not going to be using this company again. Continuously late for journeys to the train station that I book the day before. Has resulted in me being late for important business meetings as I rely on the train to travel around the country. Very dismissive on the phone when I have the audacity to complain or chase up a car. Unprofessional service, never again.
