Dreadful journey! The driver had his seat so far back, I struggled to get into the car. He refused to pull.his seat forward claiming he had to be comfortable. Doesn't matter about the passenger who's PAYING for the journey. Awful

The driver was absolutely brilliant.
He was very helpful and patient.
I had to take my mobility scooter apart to put it in the boot, he lifted it in for me, he also dealt with my luggage.
Definitely worthy of the tip I gave him.

I tried ordering a cab for my partner to get home. The line was barely audible, she started by asking where from and to. And she said that would be £££. Then she said that she didn't have anyone in the area. So I asked how long we were going to have to wait, and I think I heard '2hrs' so I asked her if I'd heard that correctly. Then she just hung up. I tried phoning the company back and I was on hold for ages. When I eventually got through, there was nothing but silence on the other end of the line, so I said "Hello Hello“ Then the line cut off.

I'd advise much better customer service skills, and better connection with the phones as well. It was a chore just having the conversation, let alone being cut off.

I had the best driver, from a very bad night in hospital, he put me at ease, and we put the world's to right, I am sorry I forgot your name, but it was a blue skoda, thanks for making my trip a whole lot easier.

Very rude driver telling my daughter off for shutting her own door! Kept going on and on about his car being new and not to shut the door!! Eventually stopped complaining when I told him to stop going on and she is a child!
