Sandy was incredible!!! Our trip to Italy was perfect from start to finish. Sandy set everything up for us from the second we arrived at the airport to the second we arrived back to our airport. Everything was so organized and she truly went above and beyond to make sure It would all go smoothly! She also took the time to go through the whole itinerary with us before our trip to make sure she explained everything. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process! We certainly recommend her to anyone looking to travel!

My husband and I don’t even know where to begin because of how amazing Sandy was during our whole experience of booking our destination wedding. Sandy was there for us no matter what time or day it was to help us with any problems and explained the details for everything we were doing. We were nervous about booking this destination wedding because we had a horrible experience with our last travel agent and unfortunately we needed to go our separate ways by canceling our whole wedding on another island. Sandy was able to make our wedding a dream come true in curaçao! My guests and I really were amazed with Sandy’s attentiveness and dedication especially in the short period of time that we had to make this wedding happen while booking for 24 people. Sandy really allowed us to be able to trust her and made us feel less stressed in all the planning. We can confidently say you will not regret working with sandy and she is a wonderful travel agent. Celeste was wonderful to work with! My lifelong dream to Italy and Greece came true! You must have a tour guide set up or you have to wait hours to get into all of the most wanted scenic events. Celeste handled all of that. I could NEVER navigate all of that on my own. The trip was fun and made easy I don’t like to rush and I didn’t have to experience any of that here. I was relaxed and free! The NCL cruise experience was amazing! Thank you again for the memories of a lifetime!

Celeste recently helped me plan a trip of a lifetime…a 10 day cruise to Greece, Malta and Italy. Not only did she arrange flights, pre and post cruise hotels with transfers, and excursions before and after the cruise; she also was able to secure private tours in several of the ports where NCL’s fell a little short. Her knowledge and professionalism is unmatched. She was easy to work with and very easy to reach during the entire process. Did I mention this was for a group of 60+ people? Let her help you plan your next trip…you won’t be disappointed!!

I can’t thank Celeste enough for helping plan a fabulous trip to Antigua!! She was knowledgeable and attentive to my needs/requests, which ultimately led to the perfect vacation!

When a minor problem arose at the resort, Celeste was readily available by phone to help remedy the situation, ultimately booking me at their sister resort on another part of the island. For this reason I will DEFINITELY use Celeste again for all future trips!

This summer, I took one of my dream vacays! My group went on a Mediterranean Norwegian Cruise to Greece , Italy , and Malta . It was fabulous! And it was all thanks to Celeste! This was our second vacation booked with her and to say I was impressed would be an understatement. She planned this amazing 14 day itinerary from start to finish for our group, ( over 60 people), she shared information often and in a timely manner, and she ensured that we were all having a good time the whole way. Her attentiveness and attention to detail was just amazing. Highly recommend Celeste for any and all travel needs.

Sandy was excellent and responsive in helping book travel. I had no issues during the trip and we obtained fair pricing booking air and travel to an all inclusive separately. I definitely would use her again!

For starters I need to give a special thank you to Sandy for being instrumental in making this bucket list trip to London, and Liverpool perfect. She was there for us from start to finish, totally available to address our questions and concerns. She even came to our house to help us to figure out our trip from London to Liverpool due to the rail strike. She made several suggestions in other areas as well. For example, we planned on flying back to JFK from Heathrow from Liverpool. She advised us about how much easier it would be to depart from Manchester which is so much closer to Liverpool.
Sandy was totally interested in what we were looking for, and spent the time finding what we wanted regarding hotels. We stayed at The President Hotel located in Russell Square in London which is the area we desired. Whereas the hotel was not perfect, it more than suited our needs. I was grateful to be able to leave the windows open, as there was no air conditioning, and I don’t understand how a hotel could not have a safe in the room or an iron. The room was small but efficient, and the bed was quite comfortable. It was also very clean. I was impressed that when Sandy phoned me after we returned home, and I told her about these minor negatives, she was very interested and took note. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In particular, Alice, who took the time to help us with some transportation issues. She was very sweet and personable, and we really enjoyed speaking with her. Also Nico from the lounge was very welcoming, and friendly. He remembered us and made us feel quite comfortable.
In Liverpool, we stayed at A Hard Days Night Hotel which was perfect. Besides The Beatles theme, which was amazing, the room was spacious and clean, with a balcony.. The location was spot on, just a few steps from Mathew Street/ The Cavern Club. The staff there was wonderful as well. In particular, Mo at the front desk, who greeted us each time we returned to the hotel, asked us about our day, and helped us with restaurant recommendations,and helping us with transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody, especially if you love The Beatles.
