Longmynd Travel is now the coach company of choice when I book any trips for my choirs. Just had a first class experience travelling from Shrewsbury to Birmingham NEC for a choir performance. No quibbles when I requested an earlier leaving time due to a road closure. The driver, Robin, was prompt, courteous, helpful and thoroughly professional, and his driving was smooth and considerate. The coach itself was pristine, quiet and perfect for our requirements. I would recommend Longmynd Travel and we will certainly be booking again before long! We hired Longmynd travel for our international summer school, based at Wrekin College in Shropshire. They did six Heathrow airport transfers, two full day excursions to London and a further six other excursions for us.

The service was exceptional on every level. Friendly and professional bus drivers, always punctual and knowledgeable about taking alternative routes when faced with the inevitable road closures. Our favourite bus driver was Nick, who navigated us around London with ease and accommodated our unusual drop off and pick up requests without hesitation.

Just arrived back after an excellent three days break away angel of the North. Holy Island.Alnwick castle .Durham.The Hotel, food and staff and rooms excellent . No issues at all .the driver of the coach. Dave was brilliant he went that extra mile was polite well spoken well dressed, very knowledgeable of all area we visited and explained everything the driver is a credit to your company the Coach was lovely and clean and comfortable

My friend hired longmynd travel for her 40th birthday. We travelled from Shrewsbury to Wolverhampton on one of their coaches. Mark the driver turned up on time and was well presented and very professional. The coach we had was a luxury coach and wow was absolutely amazing. It was spotlessly clean and even had a television on it so we didn’t miss the England match. Would definitely recommend them and will be on my list if I ever need to book a coach myself.

Title: Horrible Experience with Longmynd Travel and Unprofessional Driver

Our experience with Longmynd Travel was absolutely appalling. The driver, Ian, was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the outset. When one of my colleagues politely asked for the services we had previously agreed upon with the company, Ian responded by shouting and flatly refusing to accommodate our requests.

It was deeply frustrating to have paid for private service only to endure such unprofessional behavior. Ian's attitude and lack of basic courtesy were shocking and completely unacceptable. He showed a blatant disregard for customer service and left us feeling extremely dissatisfied.

To make matters worse, at the end of our journey, Ian made a deeply offensive remark to one of my colleagues, stating that he hates French people because he mistakenly believed I was French. This kind of xenophobic comment is utterly reprehensible and has no place in any service industry.

I strongly advise against using Longmynd Travel. Our encounter with Ian was not only unpleasant but also marred by his inappropriate and discriminatory behavior. This company clearly does not prioritize professionalism or customer satisfaction.
