Nestled in beautiful North Shropshire, Riverside Cabins takes the surrounding countryside experience to a very different level.

We was met shortly after arrival by Anthony who explained some of the key features of the cabin. We stayed in the Rosco cabin, the cleanliness, layout of the cabin, the beds and warmth of the space was all perfect. A fantastic feature was the outdoor hot-tub to laze away a wonderful evening and enjoy the stars.

We tried the kayaking (all free), whereby we had an unforgettable lazy hour on the breath-taking River Perry that runs adjacent to the site.

Overall impressions; the peace and tranquillity are off the scale, the site was full but all of the time the peace was maintained and respected by all, it really is a beautiful site and cant wait to book again for later in the year

My wife and I stayed at Babaar Cabin for three nights in December, and we absolutely loved it! The hot tub was such a treat, especially in the chilly weather—it was so relaxing. The cabin was perfectly warm, clean, and having our own private bathroom was definitely a plus.||The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and we made great use of the provided barbecue grill. The outdoor space was beautifully arranged and so inviting. One of the highlights was Anthony, the amazing host—he’s so warm, kind, and hospitable. He even set up a campfire for us, which we truly enjoyed sitting around and relaxing.||We’re already looking forward to coming back with friends!

We visited “Riverside Cabins” in September 2024 and had a wonderful and unforgettable experience. We loved all the facilities in a very relaxed atmosphere with beautiful views of the forest and surrounding areas. You can kayak on the river, relax in the jacuzzi, grill marshmallows outside the cabin or even have a BBQ in the common areas among other activities. The kitchen has all the facilities to prepare delicious meals and has the necessary amenities for a really comfortable stay. In general, the cabin is super cozy, we can’t recommend it enough. We are the first Mexicans to visit Riverside Cabins and a thousand thanks to the hosts for making us feel very at home...see you again in 2025. Tony & Karimy 💚

Riverside Cabins, Shrewsbury

Booked a two night break away with 3 girlfriends. Not normally the time of year we would look to take a break in the U.K., but needed something to get us through the long cold month of January. What a great time we had. The cabin, ours was Reuben, and the hot tub were fabulous. The staff on site were all so helpful - thanks to Di for help with our bags and to the lovely man who got the fire pit roaring for us. Will definitely be booking here again!

We are on our way home from a beautiful night away at Riverside Cabins. I purchased this as a gift for my boyfriends Christmas present and it didn’t disappoint, we stayed in the Doris lodge and it was amazing. The cabin itself was clean and I was very surprised as it had a ninja airfryer and all the cooking facilities you need! The weather was freezing outside, however the underfloor heating kept us warm all night. The hot tub took a while to warm up due to the cold weather but both the staff and the owner where all very helpful with resolving this issue and it soon gained temperature again.|The views from the balcony and the hot tub where picturesque and I have already recommended this to many family and friends.|We will definitely be returning back in the summer to try the paddle boarding.|Thank you again for a great stay!!

We stayed for 2 nights at end of January 2025. Family of 6. We were in cabin called Seven.
Have to say everything about the location, accommodation, amenities and communication was absolutely fantastic.
We loved our stay, loads of outdoor space and room between cabins, outdoor furniture was of the highest quality and fire pit was used both nights. Hot tub was spotless and told it is emptied and cleaned after every visit. You can tell. We used the kayaks which were great and easy to get in and out of. Will definitely return.

Had a night here in November, stayed in a lovely cabin which was really private with loads of space around us. Sat in the hot tub under the stars! Cabin was really warm, nice interior and loads of room. Bed so comfy! Lovely decking area to sit out too, ours overlooking a duck pond!The whole park is beautiful with lots of trees and pretty lights at night. Beautiful location.

Second time staying this year and was just as good as our first time in April. I can’t with my brother in April for a family holiday we had the Milo cabin and they had the Gloria both where great but we spent more time in the Gloria one as it was a lot bigger. So we rebooked for Christmas with my parents and stayed in the seven cabin which was perfect also. Sebastian and Dorothy who own the site are lovely as are all the staff and grounds are lovely we will be coming back again very soon.
