We have recently returned from a 12 night holiday to Mauritius booked with Ewa. Attention to our needs and must haves was excellent. Ewa knows Resorts and Hotels but she also knows people who work in these places therefore guaranteeing a personalised holiday experience. She is only ever a text message or phone call away. Ewa was kind enough to book our trip of a lifetime this year to America and we couldn't be more grateful! From the unwavering patience in the organisation, the pre-departure care and attention we received and the knowledge that we had someone just at the end of phone to answer my endless stream of questions was absolutely top class!
Everything from hotels, car hire and flights was seamless and the choices made by Ewa were amazing and perfect for us.
We cannot thank Ewa enough for the absolutely outstanding service that she provided for us, to know she really cared that we had the best time meant the world to us and it ensured we 100% did! If I could give more than 5 stars I would ?

Ewa was fantastic from start to finish! She took the stress out of organising my bucket list trip to see the northern lights and easily arranged extras at our request to make the trip extra special. We have just come back from literally the holiday of a lifetime in Alaska. What a joy it was working with Ewa, she organised everything, the pre-cruise itinerary, 13 day cruise and flights including upgrades. Rather than cost us money to use her service we actually received a surprise discount plus complimentary lounge use at Heathrow. Unfortunately we were told our transfer flight from Chicago to Anchorage had been over booked. I messaged Ewa (forgetting it was nearly midnight in the UK) and she immediately contacted Hurtigruten on our behalf. The next day Ewa escalated this, and another issue, to Hurtigruten management and we received a very welcome sum of onboard credit. Nothing is too much trouble for Ewa , for our peace of mind and being able access Ewa's extensive travel knowledge we will continue to recommend and use her services. It is obvious Ewa loves her job and she works hard to ensure others have the most amazing travel experiences.

Ewa James is amazing!! I highly recommend using her to book your next holiday or honeymoon. We have booked family holidays and most recently our honeymoon to Jamaica which was incredible. It truly was a once in a life time experience, everything we wanted and more. We had a lovely and fantastic holiday for my special birthday Las Vegas,New York and cruise with Royal Carabinean Symphony of the Sea.?

After not going on an ‘abroad’ holiday for 13 years we did not have a clue where to start booking our summer holiday. Ewa was a recommendation to us. A short email and phone-call later Ewa gave us a range of holidays to choose from that met our requirements. Once we had chosen, Ewa took care of everything for us including contacting the hotel to make sure our rooms were close together and checking us in. She maintained contact, even when we arrived to make sure everything was ok.
