Can't recommend Whitewater Ways enough, first met Dave doing an FSRT - really clicked with him then. Over Lockdown I didn't get much chance to get out paddling much, and I really wanted to get my confidence back on grade 2/3 water and push myself onto those higher grades! I got in contact and got a course booked in the diary.

After a few issues with Lockdowns changing when and where we could run the course, we were treated with great service he was constantly in touch informing me on changes and plans as lockdowns allowed. Super nice and helpful there!

After two days in the lakes with him I'm feeling amazing, such chilled out days paddling - felt completely safe and buzzing the whole time! Dave fills you full of confidence to get out there and nail the lines you wanted to run. Again couldn't recommend Whitewater Ways enough!

Did my kayak and canoe sheltered water coach today and I had such an amazing time and had my mind absolutely blown. Felt safe and laughed the whole two days. Can't recommend highly enough!

I've used Whitewater Ways and Dave in particular to help me develop my Kayak and Canoe abilities both on flat water and now on whitewater. Dave is also mentoring me through my British Canoeing Coaching and Leadership Awards.

Dave's knowledge and enthusiasm shines and makes you want to absorb as much as you can. He knows when to push you that little bit harder to get the results you crave without setting you up to fail. He and his team are really down to earth as well which makes me feel a lot more at home!

Had an absolutely fantastic time all day yesterday on the Derwent, coached by Dave. I cannot recommend Whitewater Ways enough - my kayaking skills have improved immeasurably under Dave's incredible (and patient!) tuition!

I took my PSI course with Dave. He is an amazing coach who not only helped build my confidence on my craft but helped me to develop my teaching skills in a fun and positive manner. If I were to do another course, it would be with WhiteWater Ways 😊

Excellent day out on the water, after a couple of years away. Well organised and well supported. Dave made sure there was opportunities for excitement and challenge, but with time to get back used to being in a boat again! He's a talented coach, friendly, funny and patient! Can't wait for another day out on the water 😀

Whitewater Ways have provided first class instruction for the canoe and kayak sessions I have been on this summer as well as running a fun family canoe day. Dave's teaching has built my son's and my confidence and skills on the water to the point where we have successfully completed our first whitewater paddle. Huge thanks Dave.

Had a roll clinic with Dave of whitewater ways this morning. Was fantastic! He's helped me set my outfitting up to make my boat a more positive fit and also adjusted the way a grip my paddle. As for the rolling. His instructions are clear and he stands alongside you in the water to fully support you and give you confidence. my confidence has shot up alot.
