We have a yearly membership which is very affordable if you're going more than 3xs a year. The staff is always in a great mood and helpful, they greet my little one by name every time. It's spotlessly clean, the animals are healthy and happy. The holiday special events are worth every penny. It's a gem that I hope a large company never buys. I wish the pizza oven was working though.

Not been here for years used to bring my boys back then. Today went with my daughter and Grandson and Oh boy how it's changed and so much bigger. Nothing to fault had a lovely day here. Plenty to do and see. Not over priced either. Well worth the money . Thankyou for such an amazing place..

Such a shame they have to charge families so much to get in we used to love bringing kids here but can't justify paying nearly £40 to get in for a family of 4 now. Make it around half that price then us and a lot more families would visit meaning more turnover surely. I feel for the families that can't afford to pay the entrance fee so there children miss out on this sort of place. Lower the prices thank me later

Our visit to the farm was absolutely amazing! It was simply perfect! We enjoyed the walk around the farm to see the animals as well as the watermill. The indoor and outdoor play areas were a blast with kids.

Staff were super friendly and very helpful. A 10/10 experience!

It's a really nice place to spend a day with kids and entertain them with animals and a big playground. The cafe on site is nice and not too expensive.
The playground is always tidy and clean, well maintained.
You can find many activities to do.

We often go to Scarewell farm during the summer months as we have such an enjoyable experience. The staff, farm and play area are fantastic. So, when we saw the event for Halloween we thought surely this is going to be amazing!! Sadly we were disappointed. At £19.55 per child and £10.55 per adult I thought we would receive more than what we got. The specific areas for the event were lack lustre and just not well thought through. The sweets handed out were hard boiled sweets. I’m am not a one to moan, but boiled sweets to young children is just a choking hazard! ⚠️
For something that costs double from the normal price. I can only say I’m frustrated and let down!!

Came for a Halloween activities. Was met with long queues and very short and a bit naff activities. Kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor play areas though and these are great if you're there to play in play and soft play areas

The farm itself is OK, not worth the high admission price, its daylight robbery charging close to £10 for a 2yr old considering there isn't really anything on, there's a decent soft play, OK outside play area but not much to warrant the process for a toddler.

The paninis etc look lovely, however, don't let them fool you into buying hot food. Today we purchased "Lincolnshire" bangers and mash which were amongst the same quality of Richmond, certainly not Lincolnshire, with microwaved mash and beans. The quiche was edible but the chips were stale and clearly had been under the heat lamp all lunchtime.
Definitely not the quality it is marketed as, or that you would expect judging by the sandwich/ cake selection.
