Just came back from the best weekend on tour in Holland. James Bilson our travel agent was superb and made sure everything ran smoothly. It wasn’t the easiest trip to organise with last minute changes etc. but he dealt with everything thrown at him and both parents and kids had an unbelievable weekend so hats off to James.

Unprofessional and Rude Staff when flights get delayed especially a person called James who refused to give his surname and then put the phone down without giving any proper answers when a child’s school trip flight got cancelled. Very poor and unprofessional behaviour. Terrible people to depend on when your children are stuck in another country. There should be a regulatory authority overlooking such companies.

We've just come back from playing I'm the Barcelona cup in salou, James Bilson organised our trip and was extremely helpful throughout the whole organising stage and always kept us in the loop with all the info we needed .
The itinerary James sent was in very fine detail , they covered every single aspect of this trip for us which wasn't easy once there as the local taxis, buses and coaches had national strike on the day we was due to fly home .
Ashley contacted us early doors the day we was leaving to inform us of this planned strike and gave us many options to choose from to avoid any delay on flying home, he was extremely helpful and on hand 24/7 which was such a relief because as you can imagine with 49 of us on tour the worrying on how we was going to get home was very stressful .
We have also been offered compensation for having the upheaval of leaving a day early at extra expense to make sure we didn't miss out flight home

Overall a fantastic service provided by these guys and we have already booked our next tour with them for 2025
