Went into this branch Saturday 30th June was served by Andrea she couldn't give me any prices on the destinations I was interested in but she promised to look into it and ring me on Monday 2nd July today is Saturday 6 th July and I still haven't heard from her so I'll be going to TUI this afternoon will definitely not go to Hayes again

Friendly polite staff. Who responded quite quickly to my query. I know they are always at the end of the phone or I can message or email and they respond as soon as they can.
