Brilliant, It was pardon the pun smooth sailing from start to finish. Very quick and getting you going after the safety brief and test drive. Very easy to give them the boat back they check how much fuel you have used and if you have not used it all they give you your money back.

Great service from every single person we made enquiries with.
Boat was reliable but needed some tidying up especially in the wash rooms. Otherwise, no complaints. Our boat was really not suited to couples over 70 and just maybe, Hoseasons through whom we booked should have told us, so I must state, it was Not Richardsons fault at all.

Thoroughly impressed with Richardson's; from collection to dropping off of the boat 4 days later. They even came out to help us under Ludhan Bridge (twice!) Due to the high water levels. Will book with them again.

Always a lovely experience. All staff you meet are friendly and helpful. We have had boating holidays from Richardsons for 4 years, and always look forward to them, as the boats are clean and comfortable and staff friendly.
